Just love this on their website. Even though a judge can't legally delegate this kind of authority to a third party -- it's been overturned time after time by the Georgia Supreme Court and in other states -- they're doing it anyway:

19-9-1.1.
In all proceedings under this article, it shall be expressly
permissible for the parents of a child to agree to binding arbitration on the issue of child custody and matters relative to visitation and a parenting plan. The parents may select their arbiter and decide which issues will be resolved in binding arbitration. The arbiter´s decisions shall be incorporated into a final decree awarding child custody unless the judge makes specific written factual findings that under the circumstances of the parents and the child the arbiter´s award would not be in the best interests of the child. In its judgment, the judge may supplement the arbiter´s decision on issues not covered by the binding
arbitration.

I have been severely hurt by Susan
Boyan. My daughter has been hurt even more.
This woman is a true monster.
She needs to be stopped and NEVER
be allowed to practice any type of
service that involves children.
The judges that allow her in a court room are incompetent.
Many judges know her reputation
and will not use her.
She is a corrupt monster.
It is all about MONEY, not children.
I,too, have been severaly hurt by Susan Boyan. She is a terrible person and is only motivated for money. She is only interested in selling her elemenatary school level books and seats in her seminars. Fortunately, she was embarrassed in court.

Susan is more than willing to lie for the deep pocket. She'll even side with an addict or criminal if they pay her...she does not have a child's best interest in mind, only her own. Don't involve her in your case...she'll alienate your own children from you if your ex pays her enough.

This lady is a monster:-( Everything people are saying on here is true. I am trying to garner as much support as possible, and then go after her via the Secretary of State's office (to try and yank her license), and in a class action suit to bring people punitive damages for all they have lost. I lost my home and had to file bankruptcy because of her lies (and other incompetence of "professionals" in our legal system). I made errors too, but I found out the hard way just how corrupt and broken our family courts are.

Susan is truly biased and there is something not alright about her. Susan loves money and will not help anyone that's for sure.
Most of the posts on here are by the same person trying to act like multiple people. I have personal knowledge of the person who is making these false claims about Susan Boyan and the circumstances related to it.
Susan Boyan deals with families in high conflict where innocent children are involved. This is usually because one or both of the parents have mental health issues, personality disorders, or major dysfunctionalities that hinder their ability to work cooperatively for the benefit of the child.
Usually both parents are at fault to some degree, but in some cases, one parent exhibits such sociopathic and harmful behaviors that the child needs to be removed from excessive exposure to them, especially if the other parent demonstrates that they are fit.
So this means that by necessity, there is often a parent that loses custody of a child. Of course this is very traumatic for the parent loosing custody, and because they often have mental health issues, they often manufacture a version of reality that helps them cope with the loss.
Of the hundreds of families Susan Boyan sees each year, there are many such parents who are bitter and delusional. And seek to "blame" Susan, when it is their own abuse of the children and that leads to the outcome. It is a miracle that there are so few of these complaints, given the number of bitter parents that must be out there after losing a custody battle. Yet in the end, one parent always wins and one always looses, unless they are able to work cooperatively as a team. Unfortunately, in about 20% of cases, as in this one, there is a parent that is unable to act responsibly and cooperatively with the other parent or in a manner that is focused on the child's best interests.
In the case of the woman who filed this false complaint about Susan Boyan, she was psychologically abusing her daughter, coaching, bribing, threatening, and manipulating the child to keep her abuse secret, engaging in sociopathic lies that were easily discovered, was attempting to manipulate a wide circle of medical personnel, teachers, and friends and has a history of domestic violence, drug abuse, mental instability and attempted suicide.
If you want someone who cannot be deceived or manipulated by people with BPD, NPD, and other disorders, and is truly focused on helping families and more importantly the children, Susan Boyan is your person.
Any so-called court appointed evaluator who uses Parental Alienation Syndrome to villify the parent they wish to lose custody is a fraud and a crook. Nuff said.
I can assure all it is not one person alone posting....there are plenty of mentally well people that this narcissistic woman has harmed. She sides with sex addicts over school teachers for God's sake! She will tell people she is the original author of the first ever national standards for parent coordination. She is a joke.....can't even spell.
